TELEPHONE CALLS ARE ANSWERED 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK. ( by a real person). If we are not immediately available to discuss the matter with you, we will always call you back, as soon as possible. Alternatively, if you prefer, we will contact you via e-mail or text message.

We offer FREE INITIAL ADVICE by e-mail or telephone. If you have a general query, or are wondering whether you might have a potential claim or problem, we may be able to address your concerns immediately, or at least point you in the right direction.

Sometimes it is more appropriate for you to meet with us - for example, where the matter is very complicated, where there are documents to be looked at, or where it would be simpler for us to physically inspect a property. In these circumstances we offer an initial FIXED FEE INTERVIEW, at a reduced rate, so that you can tell us about your situation in detail, without worrying about watching the clock.
